Human Resource Management is the process of queering, training, apprising, compensating employees and of  attending to their labor relation, health and safeties and fairness concern. It is also the function of an organization that spotlight on recruitment, management and providing direction to the people who work in the organization.


Human Resource Management is an important factor that involves with organizational function like recruitment, hiring, job analysis, training and development, socializing, orienting, employee benefits, communication, motivation and administration.


As part of the organization, Human Resource Management (HRM) must be deal with the effects of the changing world of work. This is understanding the ideas of globalization, technology changes, workforce variety, labor shortages, changing skill necessity, continuous improvement idea, the dependent workforce, distribute work site and employee involvement.


An important part of Human Resource Management is the HR Plan. As we know the world of work is rapidly changing. So that different organization have their own way to analyze their strategic requirements of business in terms of hiring and recruiting effective manpower and trained and develop them to obtained organization goal.
