Importance of HRM

Importance of Human Resource Management is the discussion of HR-related ideas, HR-policies and industry practices, core roles of Human Resource Management and industry procedures and strategy. In an organization this materials play a great role to develop company employees and to fulfill the organizations mission and vision. However, every company have functions named finance, marketing, IT, machinery etc. In the same way, a company also has manpower and in order to manage this manpower, Human Resource Management is necessary.


It is important to develop human resources of an organization as they help in the success of the organization. By developing human resources organization will get creative ideas, strategy, new marketing techniques etc. However, without strong, satisfied and motivated manpower, it is difficult for an organization to grow proper potentiality. HRM play a vital role there because they hired those people who are really strong, motivated and obviously dedicated for organization. So, Human Resource Management (HRM) is an integral part of an organization.


In an organization recruitment and training process is the most vital thing whether it is an profit or non-profit organization, public or private organization, multinational company or group of industries. It is important because different organizations have to manage human resources on a continuous basis due to growing expectation of employees. HRM works on create attentive manpower, make sure affective use of manpower through appropriate placement, constant terms of reward and incentives to the employees encourages and motivates them to do their best.


HRM works in different ways to achieve their goal. They create team or group and a good work environment that employees attract with it and concentrate on their work. A good work environment only occur when communication relationship remain good between the employees. Only a good work relations lead overall development of the organization as well as individual development. Thus, HRM acts as a fuel for smooth functioning of an organization and its overall development and progress.
